Publication News!

 

I just got the news from Jambu Press, a small publishing house in San Francisco. They accepted my painting to be included in their next hardcover anthology BLUE. Plus they asked me to write a one hundred word creative statement about why herring and blueberries are significant to Alaskans. Their first anthology was RED. See photo below:

I recently made two goals for myself: to get published more often outside of Alaska and to be published in a book. 

This acceptance does both! I am so jazzed! The accepted painting below is below. It is one I have written an earlier blog post or two about.
