My Painting “Puzzle” Has Been Accepted For Publication.

 

I just received the email from Alaska Women Speak Journal that my painting Puzzle will be published inside their next issue!

This is my 4th painting to be published this year! Yes, I am the Prose Editor for the journal, but my submissions are treated just like everyone else’s. I have no guarantee of acceptance. We have poets on our team who have had work both accepted and declined. My work has been published inside and outside the Alaska border. As an artist, I carefully consider what work would suit one publication or another. Puzzle has found its perfect home (note: the word Puzzle was digitally added and not part of the painting). ©
